Tom Venuto's program, Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle is the program that I've been following for a couple of months, and having done so, I can see why it has been the #1 best selling diet and fitness ebook for so many years ... quite simply, it delivers results!

By following Tom's advice for just 8 weeks, I've lost an amazing 20 Ibs of fat and have started replacing it with muscle. And judging by all the testimonials on his site, I'm not the only one doing it!

But, before I review Tom's program, let me add that it's not the first muscle building program I've bought.  I've bought several in the past few years, both offline and online.  The best of those was Vince DelMonte's "No Nonsense Muscle Building".  Vince's program was great and worked well for me, and prior to buying Tom's product I would have recommended it to anyone looking to lose body fat and gain muscle mass.
